How to apply Eindhoven

How to apply

All applications for our programmes have to be conducted via www.studielink.nl. Studielink is an online portal that allows applicants to apply and maintain their registration whenever they want to.

The application process may differ for EU and Non-EU students, please read below what applies for you. Please note: International Business Eindhoven does not have a February intake.

Application process

In order to succesfully apply for the International Business programme, please read and execute the following steps carefully:

  1. Apply through Studielink.nl before August 1st.
  2. After your ID has been verified, you will receive an automatically generated email with your Fontys account and login details. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive this e-mail.
  3. Fill in the mandatory questionnaire: Fontys Study Choice Check. Please note: this questionnaire is only accessible after you have received an email about this.

  4. Send your documents (pdf files only) to fbc-ib-eindhoven@fontys.nl:

    1. Certified copies of your (secondary school) diploma and grades list: in the original language and in English (translated by an authorized person). In case you have not received your diploma yet, please send us your most recent certified grade list.
    2. Proof of English proficiency
  5. Receive an email about your admission.
  6. Start looking for accommodation as soon as possible.
  7. Take care of digital authorization through Studielink.nl for payment of the tuition fee (possible from mid May). The actual payment will only be in September after you have been fully enrolled.
  8. If you have send a temporary grade list before, please send the final diploma and grade list before August 15th.
  9. You can find all information about the start of your studies at Fresh at Fontys, which will be updated regularly.
  10. Be sure to check all information about living and studying in the Netherlands.
  11. You are expected at Fontys on Monday August 26th. Bring your diploma and grade list or an authorized copy for us to verify.
  12. You will be fully enrolled only after the check of your hard copy diploma on August 26th.
  13. Make an appointment at City Hall to register yourself in Eindhoven.
  14. To receive your student card as soon as possible at your Dutch address after your complete enrolment, please make sure to upload your photo here and change your address in Studielink to your Dutch address.
  15. Classes will start on Monday September 2nd!
  16. All your questions regarding the application process can be directed to ib-eindhoven@fontys.nl.

  3. Fill in the mandatory questionnaire: Fontys Study Choice Check. Please note: this questionnaire is only accessible after you have received an email about this.
  4. You will receive an email with additional information and questions to answer. Please reply to this email as soon as possible.

  5. Send your documents (pdf files only) to fbc-ib-eindhoven@fontys.nl:

    1. Certified copies of your (secondary school) diploma and grades list: in the original language and in English (translated by an authorized person). In case you have not received your diploma yet, please send us your most recent certified grade list.
    2. Proof of English proficiency
  6. We will check your motivation for your choice of Bachelor’s course. You can be invited for an online intake, more information about this will follow.
  7. Receive an email about your admission.
  8. Along with your admission email you will receive the payment letter. You can find the deadline for payment on this letter.
  9. After we have received the payment we will start the application process of your visa. Please see here for more information. You will receive an email from visacare on how to proceed
  10. Start looking for accommodation as soon as possible.

  18. Classes will start on Monday September 2nd!
