International Week - Workshop In dialogue about learning and innovation in cross-border organisations

In the border region, you cannot escape from the proximity of the neighbouring country. This requires good cooperation and learning together, at individual, organisational and network level.

90 minute workshop:
After an introduction about cross-border business, entrepeneurship and learning organisations, you will engage in a dialogue about your experiences with feedback and learning in organisations. Insights are made tangible with examples of cross-border learning organisations.
