Teams of our region’s most talented researchers from industry, knowledge institutes and students cooperate in Eindhoven Engine research programs to deliver breakthrough technological solutions.
The idea of Eindhoven Engine is originated from the succesfull way of working of the Philips Natlab for decennia, where researchers worked together in a free environment serving several innovation needs for the different industry groups at Philips.
TU/e is participating with fundamental research for large companies. Fontys, together with TNO will participate in applied research especially for small and medium sized companies (SMEs) by means of student projects.
