The last year of their studies is all about graduation. This is the crown on the work of our students, who after 3.5 years of theory and practice are happy to demonstrate that they are ready for the professional field. With a graduation research or internship, they can show that they can perform their aspired profession at a strategic level. While the students get their teeth into a strategic issue for several months, you have plenty of time to determine whether they are a valuable addition to your workforce. In that case, our student and you will make a flying start, which will also save you a considerable amount of recruitment effort.
Research internship combination with regular activities
It is possible to have the graduating student also carry out executive activities in consultation, so that he/she gets to know your company better. These activities should not hinder the writing of the thesis. Our experience is that a ratio of 50% cooperation / 50% work on the research is quite workable.

Afstudeeronderzoek, hoe werkt het
Stagelopen of afstuderen van een student valt of staat bij een goede begeleiding van uw kant. Uw organisatie heeft daarom bij voorkeur een omvang van minimaal 5 medewerkers en legt de student een strategische opdracht op hbo-niveau voor.
Het afstuderen vindt plaats van januari tot juni in jaar 4 van elke opleiding.
Het afstudeerproces omvat zowel een onderzoek als een advies. U komt samen met de student tot een opdracht. Deze opdracht betreft een vraagstuk van de organisatie, waarvoor onderzoek en beleidsvorming of -advies op strategisch niveau nodig is.
Een aantal weken na de start van het afstuderen komt een begeleider van onze opleiding langs om het onderzoek en advies te bespreken.
De student ziet erop toe dat er aan het eind van het onderzoek een afsluitende gesprek plaatsvindt met de begeleider van de opleiding en de opdrachtgever en draagt zorg voor de verslaglegging van uw bevindingen.
Het is gebruikelijk dat onze student een stagevergoeding voor de werkzaamheden ontvangt. De hoogte daarvan bepaalt u samen met de student.
