Every business possesses large amounts of data from different information systems. A dashboard is an excellent way to present this data in a clear and effective manner for various departments within an organization.
This course covers aspects such as loading the correct data using queries, establishing relationships between data, efficiently visualizing the data, and creating both simple and complex DAX calculations in Power BI.
It's useful to work with Power BI because it allows you to:

Course structure and content
The program consists of 5 online evening sessions and concludes with a final presentation.
- Collecting, cleaning, and importing datasets
- Linking, summarizing data, and creating DAX calculations
- Visualizing and filtering data
- Creating interactive dashboards and advanced DAX calculations
Please note: You will need your own laptop for this course. Important! Power BI on a MacBook only works with a virtual machine.
The average study load is 8 hours per week: 3 hours of online class time and 5 hours of self study.
Upon completion of this course, you will receive the Fontys certificate "Course in Management Dashboards with Power BI."
If multiple employees from the same company/organization enroll in the course, the
following discounts apply:
