OAPEN (Open Access Publishing in European Networks) is a foundation that was developed as a sustainable Open Access publishing model for academic books, primarily in the areas of Humanities and Social Sciences. The OAPEN Library is intended to improve the visibility and usability of high quality scientific research by providing peer-reviewed Open Access publications from throughout Europe.
