Check out our minor courses, designed for your growth:

Career Design
Design a future-proof career that fits who you are. In Career Design, you explore your talents, values and motivations using positive psychology, multidisciplinary theories, vitality, happiness at work and ikigai. You practice coaching skills, reflect on global career perspectives and learn how to navigate change with confidence.

Mental Health and Happiness
Build a strong foundation for well-being and personal growth. Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this course helps you understand what truly matters to you. You learn practical tools such as mindfulness, acceptance and values-based action to deal with stress and make meaningful choices.

Bold as Love / Authentic relationships
Develop emotional awareness and authentic relationships. Bold as Love focuses on
empathy, (self-)compassion, attachment and dealing with conflict. Through reflection and practice, you strengthen your communication skills and learn how to connect with others in a courageous and compassionate way.

Intercultural Awareness
Learn to work and communicate effectively in a diverse, international world. In Intercultural
Awareness
, you explore cultural theories, exchange perspectives with international peers and work on a group project around intercultural challenges. You develop cultural sensitivity and practical intercultural skills.

The World and You
Turn personal values into social impact. In The World and You, you work on hands-on projects around real-world social issues. You collaborate with experts and organizations, visit inspiring initiatives and create a project connected to a cause you care about.

Human Technology Interaction
Explore the human side of technology and the future of work. This course examines how technology affects ethics, communication, privacy and work. You develop a personal vision on technology and co-create a future-oriented solution for responsible, human-centred use of technology.

All courses are designed to help you grow personally and professionally. Think about how you act and what you're good at, then use what you learn to plan your future.

The minor lasts 20 weeks (including the assessments). Classes are scheduled most of the times three days per week (10-15 hours a week). The remaining day(s) is/are intended for collaboration with fellow students and self-study.
The minor is divided in part 1 (10 weeks) and part 2 (10 weeks). During both parts you attend the same courses. These courses are taught every week during meeting of 1–2 hours. Some courses are taught to all students together and some courses are taught to half of the students of the minor program.
Testing in Create Your Future occurs by portfolio-assessments. Aim of the portfolio assessment is to track your personal and professional development, to provide evidence of your development on the learning themes and to take ownership in your own learning process.

After the first term you take part in a 'Mid term show and grow moment’ and after the second term you take part in the 'Final assessment'. In the Mid term show and grow moment you receive information about your learning progress and result for further development in the second term. There is only feedback and feed-forward. You are in the lead of creating your portfolio and presentation!

In your portfolio and your presentation you demonstrate that you can reflect on your own behavior, integrate content from the classes and have a dialogue about your personal and professional development with the Board of the Future.
