How to apply
The application process may differ for EU and Non-EU students, please read below what applies for you.

Your application in 4 steps:
1. Submit an application.
At this moment we are working hard on creating a new program in collaboration with Plymouth that we can offer to our students. As of September 2026, we plan to offer the new and improved study program. Unfortunately due to this reason, we will not be offering the study programs Master of Science in Business and Management and the Master of Science in Finance in September 2025.
As of October 2025 you will find more information on the start of September 2026 here.
2. Submit your enrolment documents.
Once the applications for September 2026 are open, the link to submit your enrolment documents will become available here.
The documents that will need to be submitted are:
- Copy of a valid ID or passport.
- Diploma in the original language and a certified translation into Dutch, English or German
- Final transcript of records in the original language and a certified translation into Dutch, English or German
- Proof of English proficiency as mentioned in the admission requirements. The language certificates that are accepted are mentioned in the application form. All certificates must be obtained at a test center and cannot be taken online.
Upload the required admission documents and identification documents digitally through the admission form. The diploma validation might take up to four weeks. You will receive a notification of the outcome as soon as available.
3. Complete the payment of the tuition fees.
Once you have received the information that you are admissible, you will receive a Payment Letter in which we ask you to pay the tuition fees to Fontys in 1 time. This payment must be paid before the deadline mentioned on the Payment Letter. The amount will only be for the semester at Fontys.
4. Show us your original diploma including the list of transcripts upon arrival in the Netherlands. You will receive more information on this via email once the application is submitted.

- CV that contains the topics mentioned in the application form.
