What we do
Check out our initiatives and join us on an adventure!
Our agenda is filled with events hosted by our own ambassadors. Every event aligns with what we believe is important—things that aren't taught in school but that you should learn.
Pop- up Kitchen
Pop-up Kitchen is for Fontys community members eager to eat healthy, reduce food waste, and enhance their cooking skills. We offer budget-friendly, hands-on cooking experiences that promote social interaction and cultural exchange.
Through activities and workshops, we raise awareness about sustainable food practices by using leftovers and innovative technologies. By collaborating with caterers, restaurants, and educational institutions, we connect students, staff, and stakeholders, building a community focused on healthy, affordable, and sustainable food.
Project Comeback
Together with students from the Minor Embrace TEC, we are addressing the theme of mental health through the initiative Project Comeback.
Project Comeback, part of the Kikid foundation and founded by Barbara Barend, focuses on improving the mental and physical health of young people. Through a challenge, we invite students to develop technical solutions that can enhance the impact of the Project Comeback program.
