Farzam Madani is one of the three founders of Reeply. With more than 6 years of programming experience he has taken the role of technical lead within the founders team. Reeply is a young startup that wants to change the way we think about how young talents apply to companies.

The idea of Reeply came to life after its founders experienced the challenge of showcasing themselves while applying to career opportunities. Reeply is a networking platform that connects student talent to career opportunities in a unique way. To each career opportunity, every student on the platform can apply via a video reel. This allows students to showcase themselves in a more impactful way than cover letters or motivation letters. Students will still be able to submit relevant text and documents alongside their applications if needed. Opportunities on Reeply platform include jobs, internships, as well as challenges with enticing prizes. Reeply will be available on both, IOS and Android phones as well as within a web version, making it available to everyone
