About the lecturer

Arjan de Bont is a lecturer at Fontys Venlo with 15 years of experience in leadership and change management training. He has coached executives at companies such as Philips, Vodafone, and Canon, as well as leaders within public organizations like the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, Dutch Water Authorities, and various healthcare institutions.
