This week-long celebration for Fontys and TU/e students includes a festive dinner and brunch, fun events in the city and even more chances to connect with your friends, meet new people and have fun with your fellow students!
Between the 26th and 31st of December, we will be offering multiple activities ranging from board games, laser tag to painting workshops and ice skating. And if you don’t want to work at home, Neuron on TU/e Campus will also be open for studying. Come and get your winter’s fill of free hot cocoa, coffee, tea and spectaculoos ;)

People have a huge variety of qualities and values. It is what makes us so complex and unique. But this also makes it impossible to express all our qualities all the time. Some valuable qualities might stay in the back, overpowered by the others. Do you know what your qualities are? What qualities are you not showing to the world?
In this workshop given by our life coach Margit van Tuijl, we will support you in finding your skills and how they may shape your life. After a nice dinner, we will explore your opposing qualities that often go unnoticed,learn to appreciate the ones that go unnoticed, and explore ways to give space for them in our lives. By working with these opposing values, we will learn to let our different qualities complement each other and find a better balance.
With this workshop, we want to give you a better understanding of yourself and the ability to embrace all sides of yourself! Join us to put these qualities on the map and have a more clear picture of where you want them to take you.

How do you handle stress during exam periods? Do you ever experience stress? Stress during your studies can be quite challenging. Deadlines, exams, and perhaps a part-time job or social commitments on top of it all… it’s no surprise that this can sometimes feel overwhelming. But did you know that you can take steps to better understand and manage that stress yourself?
A study association consists of students of a Fontys study programme and their goal is to make study time as fun and educational as possible! By organising various activities, such as excursions, drinks gatherings, lectures and getting to know companies, they connect students, the study programme and the field of work.
How do you feel? How do you sleep? Are you comfortable giving feedback to your fellow students? Do you set boundaries? Do you enjoy both school and private life? It would be great if you can answer these questions positively. But what if you can't? To support your mental fitness and resilience, you can use online self-learning modules.
