Course description
In this module, students will gain a firm understanding of Operations and Supply chain processes within and beyond organizations, identify improvement opportunities, and guide ways to optimize processes, to ensure all stakeholders are fully on board with all necessary changes made in processes.
Competences and learning objectives
After the course you can:
- Analyse several operational/tactical processes based on a general ‘problem’/assignment;
- Determine possible bottlenecks in the processes for doing business on an international scale, responsibly and effectively;
- Propose feasible and compliant process improvements in consultation and collaboration with experts from various disciplines;
- Contribute to the design, planning and/or monitoring of the implementation of approved process improvements.
