Course description
The Process Management course is designed to help you apply a wide range of Lean and Six Sigma techniques, as well as methodoloy for improving business processes in both service and manufacturing industries.
Competences and learning objectives
After the course you can:
- Describe the DMAIC methodology, its tools and the deliverables of each phase of the method;
- Apply the range of tools associated with Lean Six Sigma (Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Statistical Process Control Charts);
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the DMAIC methodology phases, creating early successes and sustaining participation across an organisation)
- Use Minitab to perform advanced statistical of process data including hypothesis testing.
