As a lifestyle concept developer, you will work on developing and marketing lifestyle concepts. You will work on meaningful creative concepts that improve the quality of life. In doing so, you will contribute to a vital, sustainable and inclusive society.

A trend researcher (or trend watcher) is concerned with spotting, predicting and analysing trends. Social, technological and political developments are identified through research. Identifying trends in consumer behaviour is also part of this job.

As R&D Manager, you will be involved in supporting and advising on all kinds of innovations and renewal within an organisation. You ensure that innovation is encouraged in the organisation and supervise innovation processes in various departments.

For a design thinker, it is important that they have a good understanding of the people they are designing for. They are adept at user research and and engage in developing a new product, designing a service or even rethinking the way a system works

As a lifestyle designer, you will be involved in designing and converting information into visual form specifically aimed at lifestyle.In addition, you design printed matter and digital expressions such as advertisements, websites or corporate identity in the lifestyle sector.

Pursue a Master's degree after your studies

Prefer to continue studying after higher education? Many master's programmes are linked to Trend Research & Concept Creation in Lifestyle. Enrol in higher vocational programmes in lifestyle or follow a master's at university. For a university master's, a pre-master's may be necessary.
