Milou Kauffman

With her expertise as an educator, internationalisation expert and a background in Educational Consultancy and Design, Milou Kauffman supports internationalisation initiatives at Fontys Pulsed Academy, where she integrates global perspectives into curricula, coordinates international collaborative projects and teaches intercultural communication. 

Her experience working across disciplines, alongside her keen interest in connecting people and helping them grow through behavioural science, psychology, and intercultural competence insights, drives her teaching and coaching within the Personal and Professional Identity learning line of the Master programme.  Having lived in the UK and Australia, Milou brings a personal touch to her work, inspiring students to embrace intercultural collaboration with confidence.
