Experience in IT is nice to have here but certainly not necessary.

For whom?
You already have several years of work experience in marketing, sales, service, CX or product management. You believe in the power of data and AI or you have been working with it for some time and would like to take the next step. For this training, we assume at least an HBO work and thinking level. You also have a strong affinity and experience with data, statistics and data-driven work. Experience in IT is not required.
