In supply chain management, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure service levels. Find optimal solutions for customers and oversee the global flow of goods, including storage and distribution, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the logistics process.

Working as a consultant, you engage in various projects, implementing IT-systems, monitoring inventory, and managing warehouse performance. You also design new warehouse layouts and improve purchasing processes, aiming to minimise costs while ensuring product availability for production and sales.

As a warehouse manager, you streamline storage operations and lead teams to meet performance targets. With a focus on continuous improvement, you ensure efficient workflows and maintain high standards, driving success and contributing to the overall performance of the company.

As an inbound operator, you coordinate incoming shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling of goods. Your role is vital to the supply chain, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the company's overall logistics strategy.

As a distribution planner, you ensure the efficient delivery of products to customers. You create and manage distribution schedules, optimise routes, and collaborate closely with transportation teams to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries, all while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Pursue a Master's degree after your studies

You can advance your studies with a Master's degree, such as the Master in International Supply Chain Management offered by the University of Plymouth. Additionally, you will have direct access to Master's programmes at several of our partner universities.
