Anne Decker
Anne Decker, born 1989 in the GDR, studied German and English culture, literature, and language. She worked as a high school teacher in Germany, and has lived, learned, and taught in England, Italy, and Vietnam.
Since 2017, she has worked in different theatres as dramaturg and director´s assistant and became a freelancing artist in 2020. She has created performances in botanical gardens, schools, and in a refugee camp in Berlin. Her research focusses on the histories archived in public space, in its living stories, and its possible future narratives. Since 2021, she is part of the collective SINT and urge_collective.
