Sex is a topic most people have experience with, but it's often one of the hardest things to discuss with friends or even your partner.
Do you find it difficult to talk about sex?
Unsure how to start the conversation?
Want to make changes in your sex life but struggle to bring it up with your partner?
Join this workshop to gain tools for opening the conversation.
TINT’s program manager, Kimberly Drabbels, will guide you through some tips and a little exercise to practice communicating your wishes (don’t worry, the exercise isn’t sex-related). Then, Merel Asselbergs, doing her Master’s degree in sexology, will show you positive perspectives on common sexual beliefs and guide you through a practical exercise on communicating boundaries, showing how clear communication can lead to more enjoyable and fulfilling experiences. Get a unique chance to ask questions to a sexologist and talk about the topic with others, as openly as you are comfortable with.
Talking about sex can be incredibly beneficial. You'll see you're not alone in your struggles, and it might even improve your sex life.
Let’s open up the conversation together!
Note that this workshop focuses on communication, not the practical side of things. If you are curious about what things we might discuss, check out Kimberly’s blog post! Anyone is welcome; whether you are single or in a relationship, and whether you never had sex before or have sex every day. There’s always something new to learn.
